Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today wit the provider from 9:05 am to 10 am. There were no daycare children present and the provider last enrolled day care children were in June 2021. Many of the standards could not be assessed due to the lack of enrolled children for 1.5 years. Two household member's records were reviewed today. The areas of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.
Based on observation and interview, it was determined that there was no weather band radio available.
