Comments:
An unannounced monitoring was conducted on June 06, 2023 from aproximately 12:05 pm-`1:24 pm. Children were observed napping and waking up from nap. Four staff records and four children's records reviewed . Records were reviewed remotley. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor and outdoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment,medication procedures, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation, the licensee did not ensure the most recent violation notice was posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
Evidence: The violation notice posted was from October of 2021. The most recent inspection was conducted October 25, 2022.
