1. Safe sleep protocols should always be used by providers. Safe sleep information provided;
2. USDA information provided;
3. 09/14/2000 Fire Marshall memo provided - fire extinguisher in kitchen area. Evacuation drills should be practiced and documented at least monthly;
4. MAT - the provider must be MAT certified to administered any prescription medication to enrolled children;
5. Paper towels or individually assigned cloth towels must be available to children for hand washing;
6. Tissues must be available to children.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An initial inspection was conducted on 06/07/2021 with the provider. There are no children in care at this time. All VR requirements were reviewed with the provider. The entire home was reviewed via a virtual inspection.
