Technical Assistance:
The Licensing Inspector reviewed the following topics with the provider: - required postings - television and electronics should be limited to 2 hours per day - outdoor play - hand washing procedures
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 9:05am and 10:15am. There was 1 children present with the Provider for a total of 2 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed watching cartoons, playing with puzzles and coloring. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Based on interview, the provider has not equipped the family day home with a carbon monoxide detector. Evidence: When asked, the provider stated that they did not have a carbon monoxide detector.

I will get one this weekend.
