Comments:
An announced inspection was completed on 12/7/2023 from 7:15am to 8:10am in response to a planned change related to the legal entity operating the program. No children were present with the provider at the time of inspection. One child's record, the provider's record, and one household member's record were reviewed. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys and the programming space was clean and well organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review and provider interview, the provider does not have current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
