This inspection was a follow-up to the initial inspection conducted on 06/02/2021.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 08/05/2021. The person in charge was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present, with no staff. Staff are scheduled to start on 08/23/2021; the center is planned to open on Tuesday, 09/07/2021. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. Children records, and staff records will be reviewed once the center has opened.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
