Comments:
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 05/27/2022, between the hours of 10 am to 1 pm. There were 5 preschool children present, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 7 children records, and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there were (2) two non-compliances with applicable standards. These violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the center.
