Discussion of including a Report of Environmental Sanitation Inspection (to be conducted by the Health Department); and Fictitious Name documentation when submitting the CDC renewal application through the online portal. Inspector will send copies of the above referenced documents to the director.
Discussion of opening up Rooms 105 and 106. These rooms were previously measured and approved for use during the initial inspection process.

This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 11/14/2023, between the hours of 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. There were 9 preschool children present, with 4 staff supervising. The children were engaged in the following: finishing up lunch, bathroom breaks, hand washing, naptime, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 7 children records, 1 board officer's record, and 6 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
