An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 9:15 a.m. and ending at 10:30 a.m. There were 29 children in care ages 5 months through 8 years old under the care and supervision of 6 staff. Infants were observed having play time and being fed. Toddlers were observed during free play. Two year olds were observed during transition time. Preschoolers and school agers were observed music and movement.
Six children's records and four staff records including one new staff member were reviewed. Emergency drills were reviewed and up to date. One medication, authorization and allergy plan were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
