A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/15/2024 from 2:40 PM to 3:45 PM. There were 39 children present with three staff ranging in age from six years to 11 years. The Inspector reviewed five child?s records and five staff?s records. The physical plant was observed, and the provider was interviewed regarding policies and procedures.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
