Description:
Based on observation the facility failed to ensure that a caregiver was physically present and providing direct care and supervision to each child at all times. Evidence: 1. Upon arrival, the licensing inspector observed that two caregivers were not in the child care area but came from inside the home. The child care area is attached to the home, but cannot be entered through the home. The child care area is accessed through a separate entrance. Six children were resting in the child care area, including an infant.
