Comments:
An announced renewal inspection was conducted on June 12, 2023, beginning at 5:00pm and ending at 5:45pm with the voluntarily registered provider. There were no children in care during the inspection and the provider reports that there are currently no children enrolled. The provider?s record was reviewed. One household member?s record was reviewed. The Health and Safety Checklist was reviewed with the provider.

Based on the review of documentation, the vendor did not obtain a central registry finding for all household members age 14 and over. Evidence: Household member's A record was missing a central registry finding.
Plan of Correction:
The provider will request a copy of the central registry for household member A within 10 days and provide documentation to the licensing inspector. A copy of the documentation will be maintained by the vendor.
