Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. All groups were in ration during the inspection. Children were observed involved in a variety of activities from Baking, sewing, dancing and working on media devices. 5 child records were reviewed. All were complete. 4 staff records were reviewed. See violation notice for non-compliances cited. Other violations were reviewed with the Director during the exit interview. Based on a review of records, one staff record did not contain documentation of a negative TB screening result completed within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment. Evidence: Staff #1's record contained documentation of a negative screening result that was dated more than 30 calendar days of the date of employment. Result is dated 8/9/22. Date of Hire was 7/10/23.
Plan of Correction:
Moving forward we will ensure that the TB results are within 30 days prior to the start date.

Evidence: Staff #4's record did not contain documentation of a completion of the course within 90 day of the date of employment. The Director state they were working on competing the course. (Date of Hire 6/19/22.)

The training shall include an in-person competency demonstration. Evidence: The CPR certifications available for review were from an online course that has no in-person competency demonstration.
