Comments:
An announced modification inspection was conducted on Monday, April 10, 2023 from approximately 9:10am to 10:15am to review compliance with the requirements for Voluntary Registration in the providers new home. There were no children in care today. A walk through of the home was conducted with the provider. Administrative records, emergency supplies and equipment and all areas of the home were inspected. One caregiver record was reviewed. The provider stated that transportation is not provided at this time and medication is not administered. Violations were found during the inspection and are identified on the violation notice.

Based on record review and observation, the provider did not ensure to meet the criteria on the health and safety checklist at the time of the monitoring visit. Evidence: The provider had a large television on the floor, leaning against the wall which presented an injury hazard if pulled by a child.

Getting my TV put on the wall today.
