A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 10/20/2022 and concluded on same. There were 25 children present with 3 staff supervising. A 4th staff person was supervising by the end of the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
