Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 4/24/2024 at 10:50am. There were 23 preschool-aged children directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group activities, individual coloring and drawing activities, preparing for lunch, and walking over to the other facility for lunch. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector.
