A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/17/2023. There were 5 children, ages 23 months- 4 years, totaling 11 points and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver records, 1 pet record and 2 medications were reviewed. The children were observed in free choice play, watching television, and during lunch. The inspector discussed medication and allergies with the provider. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:25 am and departed at 12:15 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
