This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an in-person inspection component.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 12/16/2021 via telephone call and email. An in-person inspection was conducted on 12/20/2021 from 11:20 am - 12:45 pm.
There were 8 children present, ranging in ages from 21 months - 5 years, with the provider. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, environment & equipment, programming, special care and emergencies, preventing the spread of disease and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
