Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Monitoring Inspection on December 14, 2022. There were 20 children ages 5 to10 years old present under the direct care of 3 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
