An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated on 12/21/2021 via telephone call and email with the program director. An in-person inspection was conducted on 12/22/2021 from 10:36 am - 11:50 am. There were 12 infants present with 5 staff and 10 toddlers present with 2 staff. Children were observed during circle time, lunch and nap. One diaper change was reviewed. Records were reviewed for three children and one new staff.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming and special care and emergencies, and nutrition. No medication is being administered at this time.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
