This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
An initial inspection was initiated and concluded on July 2, 2021. As this was an initial inspection there were not any children in care. The child care center was viewed virtually. Administrative staff at the center measured each classroom. This location has been renovated and some classrooms have been enlarged. The outside play space was reviewed virtually. Children will be cared for on first and second floor of the building. The director/provider or in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were not any children present as this was an initial inspection. Because this was an initial inspection all standards could not be determined where were discussed. All standards will be determined within 60 after the license been issued. Going forward inspections will be unannounced. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed four staff records and discussed items required for children?s records. Additionally, any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with
applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
