An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted today, February 16, 2024, in response to allegations regarding physical plant received by the department on October 18, 2023. The director was present during the inspection. The inspector was on site from approximately 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. Interviews with staff were conducted and observations were made.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law and therefore was not valid.
