An annual subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 01/05/2022 and a virtual exit conference took place on 01/09/2023. There were 4 children, ages 10 months-4 years, and 1 caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, general qualifications, home maintenance, supervision requirements, program, special care provision and emergencies, and special services. The children were observed in free choice activities. A total of 5 children?s records, 1 caregiver record, 1 household member record and 1 pet record were reviewed during the inspection. The inspector arrived at 9:00 am and departed at 11:15 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
