A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 06/15/2023. There were 3 children, ages 15 months- 2 years, totaling 8 points and 1 caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of provider registration and general procedures and the health and safety checklist. A total of 4 children?s records, 1 caregiver record, 2 household member records and 1 pet record were reviewed. The children were observed in free choice play. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:30 am and departed at 11:15 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements or law. No violations were issued.
