A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted from 2:45 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. There were nine children present with two staff supervising. Two staff records were reviewed at the main office 04/25/2022. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. pplemental inspection.
