Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted on 6/16/2022. Inspection began 2:48 pm and ended 3:40 pm. There were 11 children present and two staff. The children were playing various games lead by the staff. Five children and two staff records reviewed. Thank you for your cooperation.
Based on observation and interviews the center failed to have all the required nonmedical emergency supplies at the center. Evidence: The center did not have a flashlight or battery operated radio on site.
Plan of Correction:
A radio and flashlight have been placed at the center.
