Comments:
An unannounced inspections was conducted today. There were 9 children present with 6 staff supervising. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, menu's evacuation drills and first aid kits were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Based on a review of children's records, the center failed to ensure that all required documentation was included in records for all children enrolled.
