Technical assistance was provided in the following areas: the use of DOE model forms; all cribs must be compliant with current CPSC standards; the requirements of children's records, physical examinations, immunization records and proof of identity; evacuation drills should be practiced and documented monthly

An announced initial inspection to become a Voluntarily Registered Family Day Home was conducted on 8/12/21 from 10:50am until 11:40am. There were no children present, as the provider has not yet begun caring for children. The entire home and outside play area was inspected. Two provider/household member records were reviewed. Emergency procedures and emergency supplies were also reviewed. There were no violations cited during the inspection.
