Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/4/23 from 10:20 am to 11:15 am. There were 17 children present with 6 staff supervising. The children were observed engaged Spanish class and other structured learning activities. 4 staff records, 3 children's records, the emergency drill records and injury prevention plans were reviewed for compliance. There were no children with medications on site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on records review, children's records did not contain complete information. Evidence: Child # 1's record was missing documentation that the child's proof of identification was viewed.
