Spoke with Director to monitor the wooden platform on the climber for possible warping and discuss with the church the possibility of replacement in the near future.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review. An in person inspection was conducted on 10/8/2021 to inspect the physical plant, playground and observe staff/children interactions.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/7/2021 and concluded on (10/8/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted to review records. On 10/8/2021 during the in person inspection there were 9 children present, ranging in ages from 2 1/2 years to 4 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
