Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on July 28,2021. A review of the child day center standards was conducted.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and interviews the center failed to have all the required items in the first aid kit. Evidence: 1. The first aid kit is missing adhesive tape.
Plan of Correction:
The director will ensure that the tape is in the first aid kit.

Based on observation and interviews the center failed to have all the required emergency supplies at the center. Evidence: 1. The center did not have a battery operated radio available.

The director will ensure that the center has a working battery operated radio on site.
