Technical Assistance:
As discussed infants up to 16 months must be offered opportunities to sleep as needed. On 8/30 after the new group had moved up to the room they went out and played during the morning and did not get a morning nap. I know you now offer two nap times. Just remember that if a child seems tired a nap should be offered.

Comments:
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 9/8/23 from 10:50 to 12:17 and was concluded on 9/13/2023 from 11:00-11:45.
The complaint was regarding infants being transferred to another room and issues with the transfer. After reviewing all the available facts some parts of this complaint was found valid.
The center was presented with a violation notice after the conclusion of the investigation.
The ongoing compliance with the standards is the responsibility of the licensee.
