Comments:
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 3 children (10 points) with 2 caregivers. 3 child and 1 staff records were reviewed. See violation notice for non-compliances. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys, resting, eating lunch and being bottle fed. Emergency evacuation drills, posted documents, first aid certification, first aid supplies were all in compliance. Your application for renewal should be emailed to you by the end of December. If you do not receive it, please contact me.
