A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined there was non- compliance with applicable standards or law. Violations were issued. Violations: Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-D-1 Description: Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure all staff with in 90days have a current cpr and first aid. Evidence: Staff #1 hire date was 06/03/2022 documents provided did not documentaiton of CPR and First Aid. Staff #1 has been employed for more than 30 days. Plan of Correction: Not available online.
