Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was started in the center on January 30, 2024 from 7:45 AM until 8:50 AM and concluded on January 31, 2024. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Repeat Based on record review and staff interviews, the vendor did not ensure staff completed who work directly with children shall have obtained within 90 days of the date of hire a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. The training shall include an in-person competency demonstration.
Evidence: The record for Staff #4 did not include documentation of current CPR certification; certification expired 1-12-2024.

Staff #4 attended CPR/FA on Sunday Feb 11 to renew certificate.
