Discussed communication of staff CPR and FA dates , injury reports clarification of when parent notification date and time and how parent was notified. All medication need authorization forms and allergy action plan if used need to have area that stated who has been authorized to give medication.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 5, 2023 from 4:25pm-5:05pm. At the time of entrance, 71 children were in care with 5 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records were reviewed. A record review was conducted prior to inspection. Children were observed during snack time, transitoning in the activities inside , in the gym and outside in the playground, and bathroom breaks. No violations were found .
