A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. An area of non-compliance was found with the supplemental SHSI requirements. Based on records reviewed, it was determined that 1 of 3 staff records reviewed did not include documentation of the Virginia Health + Safety Training dated as completed within the previous 12 months. Evidence: The training certificate for Staff #1 was dated as completed in 2019.
