Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was offered related to: children being seated when eating meals and snacks; shelter in place drills and 1st aid / CPR training for the provider. The provider demonstrated compliance related to the installation of the carbon monoxide detector.
Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/7/22 from 10:40 am to 11:45 am. There were 3 children (10 points) present, with 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There were no medications on site. The children were observed playing with toys and being bottle fed. 3 children's records, 1 caregiver's record, attendance and emergency drill records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on records review, children's records did not contain complete information. Evidence: 1. Child # 1's record was missing the annual update. 2. Child # 2's record was missing the information for persons authorized to pick up and one emergency contact information.

The missing information will be obtained from the parents.
