Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 04/26/2022 from approximately 8:00 am to 8:30 am. There were 9 children supervised by 3 direct care staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records were reviewed. Children were observed during arrival, participating in group play, reading, and playing on the gym. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Based on record review, required staff records were not kept for each staff person. Evidence: 1) The following documentation is required to be kept at the center for each staff person and available for review: employment date, emergency contact, cpr/fa certification dates, MAT/DHO certification dates, dates for the Health and Safety Training and updates. On the date of inspection, any of the required documentation was available for review for Staff #1.
