Comments:
A complaint was received in the licensing office on 1/25/2023. On 1/31/2023 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted, records were reviewed, and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid. There were unrelated violations found during the inspection and they are noted on the Violation Notice.
