Comments:
This announced initial monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. An announced initial monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:00pm-2:15pm. A tour of the home was conducted, records were reviewed, and the provider was interviewed. There were four children present (12pts), ranging in ages from 5 months old to 2 years old, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Four household/caregiver records were reviewed in addition to the family pet's record.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and interview, the first aid kit did not contain all required supplies. Evidence: 1. The first aid kit did not contain antiseptic cleaner. 2. Staff #1 confirmed that antiseptic cleaner was not in the first aid kit.
Plan of Correction:
Antiseptic cleaner will purchased and put into the first aid kit.
