Based on the review of the household records, the provider failed to get one of the required background checks for a household member who is 15. Evidence: The provider does not have a CPS check for the 15 year old living in the home.
Plan of Correction:
I sent the CPS check to Central Registry on October 19th and I have contacted them. They tell me they are 8 weeks behind and will get back to me. I have still not heard back from them today 12/27.
