Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted today with another inspector. The provider was present with 4 children. A total of 6 points. The children were observed doing an art project, playing with toys and getting ready for lunch. The children had black beans, salad and tortillas for lunch. Lots of interaction between the provider and children. The provider has lots of supplies for the children to explore and a play space outside. A violation notice was given to the provider during the inspection. Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this inspection.
Based on the review of children's records the provider failed to get proof of ID for one child. Evidence: Based on the review of two children's records, child 1 is missing proof of ID.
Plan of Correction:
I will ask the parent for the information
