Comments: An unannounced complaint inspection was conduced on January 4, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the Licensing Office on December 28, 2022 in regards to staffing, supervision, and cleaning and sanitizing. Interviews were conducted with the Director and observations were made. The preponderance of evidence gathered does not support violation of standards in regards to the complaint.
