A complaint investigation was conducted with the center on 12/5/2023 from 10:30am through 1:30pm. The complaint consisted of allegations received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding infant feeding, supervision, food service, and forbidden actions. Interviews were conducted and observations were made in all classrooms. The allegations contained in the complaint were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence and no violations were cited.
