Technical Assistance:
The provider shall comply with the requirements or recommendations made by the fire prevention or building officials to eliminate fire hazards. Please be mindful that burning candles and plug-in air fresheners are considered open and obvious fire hazards.
Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on 05/31/223There were 6 children present, totaling 13 points with 1 Caregiver. A tour of the home was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with Caregiver. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 Caregiver record, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation the Licensee did not have all required items in the first aid kit. Evidence: The home's first aid kit did not contain triangular bandages.
Plan of Correction:
Two triangular bandages will be added to the first aid kit.

Description:
Based on a record review the Licensee did practice shelter-in-place procedures a minimum of twice per year. Evidence: The Licensee's document to record emergency drills did not include drill practiced for shelter-in-place. The Licensee stated she had not practiced them this year.
Plan of Correction:
The Licensee will begin implementing shelter-in-place practice drill at a minimum of twice per year. These drill will be documented.
