The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint investigation on 07/02/2024. In response to a complaint that was received in the licensing regarding allegations in the area of Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. Interviews were conducted with caregiver and records reviewed relating to the allegation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
