An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 12 2022 between 9:15am and 10:00am. There were 8 children in the direct care of 3 staff members. Children were observed washing hands, and participating in work stations. A citation was issued for child records. Based on direct observation, the center did not ensure children's records were treated confidentially.
