Provider has sent off for all Central Registry checks and just one has not been received. Please call when last one has been received. After Inspector reviews the CPS clearance, recommendation for licensure can be sent.
Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
An Initial inspection was initiated on January 10, 2022 and concluded on January 13, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The Provider has been a Subsidy Vendor and has been waiting for Clearances for household members before we could have a completed inspection. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from 14 months to 2 years, with the Provider supervising for a total of 12 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
