Comments:
An unannounced, on-site subsidy health and safety inspection was completed on 07/17/2024. The on-site inspection began at 8:50 am and ended at 10:25 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 1 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff/household member records. This inspection included ?document review ?observations
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on a review of documentation, the provider did not ensure all annual training was completed for each caregiver. Evidence: Caregiver #2 & caregiver #3 did not have documentation of the annual health and safety training offered by the state.
Plan of Correction:
I will have them do it.
